I worked with Jay to sell my mother's house. He walked me through the process and told me what to expect. He recommended contractors (at least two) for each area that needed work to help prepare the house for sale. These contractors were very responsive and their fees were reasonable. Jay recommended the pricing and was on top of things to help sell the house in a relatively fast time frame. I feel that he worked strongly on my behalf to get the best price possible
Jay showed us several houses. He kept us abreast of new and upcoming homes on the market, helped with negotiation and settlement. He even gave us a bottle of wine for our first weekend in our new home.
Jay was a pleasure to work with. He helped make a move which can be so stressful into an extremely pleasant experience! If I were buying another house I would run to use Jay again, and would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to take the stress out of the process!!
Jay was easy to work with and helped us sell our house quickly in a tough market. He communicated with us frequently and helped close the deal. He was accessible through both email and telephone contacts. He was patient and calm at settlement when the buyer didn't have the proper documents and had to run home to get what was needed. He explained everything that we had to sign so all was clearly understood by us.
It was wonderful working with Jay. He is very honest and responsive. We were looking for our first home, and he helped us negotiate the seller down about 20k. Throughout the buying process we had many questions and always wanted the latest update - and Jay was always there to provide us what we needed.
As an investor, I have worked with Jay on several properties over the last year, and have purchased three. He has been extremely knowledgeable about the current market. He responds quickly to requests, and exhibits great follow-through. Working with him has made the entire process move much more smoothly, especially when there are bumps in the road. I highly recommend him as a realtor.
